From the ancient world of the Orient comes our mighty Samurai warrior. The majority of this suit is made from thick 10oz. water-hardened vegetable tanned leather and stained to a deep burgundy for a very worn and weathered look. All pieces are hand-threaded together with sturdy nylon braided cord. Gold metal ornamentation is made from brass. Optional detail effects, battle-damage cuts and blood stains have also been added.

The "sode" or spaulders are particularly detailed and are very articulate. Six "kusazuri" or skirt pieces, hang from the main breastplate giving them the correct appearance as you move around. Also, leather scale armor was used for the "haidate", or front leg panels.

Much research went into studing actual Japanese Samurai armor for us to make it look right, although we are still not claiming ours to be historically accurate.

Just like all of our armor, these can be customized to your liking. Other colors are available as well as many different cord colors. This is a very comfortable and lightweight suit to wear and will surely impress all.

The weapons and cloth parts are not included.
